David Patrick Beston — Sales Professional, Traveler, and Avid Reader

An experienced sales professional in New York, David Patrick Beston is an avid traveler who enjoys reading and studied literature at Hunter College. He graduated cum laude and taught English in South Korea for a year. His time overseas also extends to military service as a sergeant in the US Marines. David Patrick Beston was stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and the Republic of Djibouti on the Horn of Africa, as well as spent time in the Republic of Benin in West Africa.

After he left the Marines, he underwent vocational development through Merivis, an organization that provides veterans with occupational training and support for a career in cloud computing. Today, he has more than a decade of experience in sales and account management.

In his free time, David Beston maintains an interest in works by authors such as Jim Thompson, Sam Shepard, David Foster Wallace, Cormac McCarthy, and Clarice Lispector. He also enjoys visiting Japan, Korea, and other countries around the world.
